Changing Your Email
You can update the email address associated with your TriviaNow account at any time. Your data, game history, trivia content, and credits all stay with your account — nothing is lost when you change your email.
How to Change Your Email
- Navigate to Dashboard > Profile.
- Click on your email address to start the change process.
- Enter your new email address and confirm.
Dual-Confirmation Process
For security, TriviaNow uses a dual-confirmation process when you change your email:
- A verification email is sent to your new email address.
- Click the confirmation link in that email to verify you own the new address.
- A confirmation notice may also be sent to your old email address.
The change takes effect once the new email is verified. Be sure to check both inboxes during this process.

[!NOTE] Make sure you have access to both your current and new email addresses before starting the change process.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t receive the verification email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed.
- Try initiating the change again from Dashboard > Profile.
