Keep your TriviaNow account secure by using a strong password and updating it regularly.

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Dashboard > Profile.
2. Click Change Password or navigate to the password settings section.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Click Save.

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following criteria:

• At least 8 characters long
• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least one number
• At least one symbol

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page:

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Set a new password that meets the requirements above.
6. Log in with your new password.

[!NOTE] If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after a limited time, so be sure to use it promptly.

Password Best Practices

• Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Don’t reuse passwords from other services.
• Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords.

Google Sign-In Users

If you signed up using Google OAuth, you don’t have a separate TriviaNow password. Your account security is managed through your Google account. To update your credentials, visit your Google account settings directly.
