Assigning Prizes to Sessions

Once you’ve created your prizes, it’s time to put them to work. Assign prizes to podium positions so your winners get the recognition they deserve.

How to Assign Prizes

1. When launching a session, go to the Prizes section in the session setup.
2. Assign a prize to each podium position:
   • 1st Place (Gold)
   • 2nd Place (Silver)
   • 3rd Place (Bronze)
3. You can assign different prizes for the Individual Podium and the Team Podium — so your top player and top team can each win something special.

[!NOTE] Assigning prizes is optional. If you don’t assign any prizes, the podium still shows at the end of the game — just without prize images. The celebration still happens either way!

How Prizes Appear

At the end of the session, the podium screen displays:

• The winner’s name (or team name) in their podium position
• The prize image and title next to their placement
• A celebration animation to make the moment feel special

Reusing Prizes

Prizes are not consumed when you assign them. You can reuse the same prize across as many sessions as you want. That “Amazon Gift Card” prize entry can show up in every game you host.

Individual vs. Team Prizes

If your session uses teams, you’ll have two separate podiums:

• Individual Podium — Prizes for the top 3 individual scorers
• Team Podium — Prizes for the top 3 teams (based on the team scoring mode you chose)

You can assign completely different prizes to each podium, or use the same ones — it’s up to you.

[!TIP] Even if your prizes are just for fun (like “Best Team Name” or “Trivia Champion”), uploading a fun image makes the podium moment memorable! Players love seeing their name up on the big screen next to a prize, no matter what it is.
