Managing Your Trivia

Once you have created trivia sets, the My Trivias page is your central hub for organizing, editing, and tracking them.

Viewing Your Trivia

Navigate to My Trivias from the Dashboard to see all your trivia sets. Each entry shows the trivia title, category, number of questions, and how many game sessions have used it.

Search and Filter

As your collection grows, use the built-in tools to find what you need:

• Search by trivia title or category
• Filter by status:
  • Active — Trivia sets ready to use in game sessions
  • Archived — Trivia sets you have set aside (more on this below)

Editing Trivia

You can edit any trivia set at any time. Open a trivia and make changes to:

1. Trivia details — Update the title, category, or description
2. Existing questions — Change question text, answer options, correct answers, hints, or extra points
3. Add new questions — Expand your trivia with additional questions
4. Remove questions — Delete questions that are no longer needed
5. Reorder questions — Arrange questions in the order you prefer

[!NOTE] Edits to a trivia set do not affect past game sessions. If you played a session with version 1 of your trivia and then update it, that past session’s data stays exactly as it was. Only future sessions will use the updated version.

Archiving Trivia

Done with a trivia set for now but not ready to delete it? Archive it. Archiving is a soft delete — your trivia is moved out of the active list but can be brought back anytime.

• To archive: Open the trivia and select the archive option
• To unarchive: Switch to the Archived filter, find your trivia, and restore it

[!TIP] Archiving is great for seasonal trivia. Create a holiday-themed trivia set, archive it after the event, and unarchive it next year when the season rolls around again.

Deleting Trivia

If you are sure you no longer need a trivia set, you can permanently delete it. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you really want it gone.

Tracking Usage

Each trivia set displays a session count showing how many game sessions have used it. This is a handy way to see which trivia sets are your most popular and which ones might need a refresh.
