TriviaNow processes refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure every purchase feels right, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team through the Contact page. Please include:
- Your account email address.
- Details about the purchase (date, amount, credit pack or subscription).
- A description of why you’re requesting a refund.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within a few business days. Our team will follow up by email with the outcome.
Subscription Cancellations
When you cancel your subscription, you keep full access to subscriber features and your remaining subscription credits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard > Billing > Subscription.
Credit Pack Refunds
Refunds for credit packs may be possible if the credits have not been used. Once credits have been spent, they are generally not eligible for a refund.
Billing Disputes
If you notice an unexpected charge or something doesn’t look right on your invoice, please contact our support team through the Contact page before filing a chargeback with your bank. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
