Do credits roll over?
Usually, monthly included credits expire at cycle end, while purchased top-up credits stay available while your account is active.
Will I lose data if I change email?
No. Your data, history, and balances stay with your account.
Why is a feature missing?
Check Settings > Enabled Features and make sure it is switched on.
What happens after cancellation?
Paid access continues until cycle end, then your account moves to a free or inactive state based on plan rules.
I cannot log in—what now?
Use Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset email instructions.
