Purchasing Credits

Credit packs let you add credits to your account at any time, whether you have an active subscription or not. Larger packs offer better value per credit.

How to Purchase

1. Go to Dashboard > Billing > Credits.
2. Click “Purchase Credits” or “Get Credits”.
3. Select a credit pack — larger packs offer a lower cost per credit.
4. Complete checkout through Stripe (secure payment).
5. Credits appear in your balance within seconds.

After a successful purchase, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page. Your new credits are ready to use immediately.

[!TIP] You can combine subscription credits and purchased credits. The system automatically uses subscription credits first (since they expire) and saves your purchased credits for later.

Payment and Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is secure and PCI compliant. Your card details are never stored on TriviaNow servers.

After each purchase, a receipt and invoice are available in Dashboard > Billing > Invoices.

When to Buy a Credit Pack

• You’ve run out of subscription credits mid-month and need more right away.
• You want credits without committing to a monthly subscription.
• You have a big event coming up and want to make sure you’re covered.
• You prefer a pay-as-you-go approach for occasional use.

Checkout Issues

Checkout Cancelled

If you cancel during checkout, you’ll be redirected to a cancellation page. No charge is made. You can try again whenever you’re ready.

Payment Failed

If your payment doesn’t go through:

• Double-check your card details (number, expiration, CVC).
• Try a different payment method.
• Contact your bank to ensure the transaction isn’t being blocked.
• If the problem persists, reach out to our support team through the Contact page.

[!NOTE] Credit pack purchases are separate from subscription billing. Buying a credit pack does not affect your subscription plan or billing cycle.
