Creating Prizes

Build up a library of prizes that you can assign to any session. Creating a prize is simple and only takes a moment.

How to Create a Prize

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Prizes.
2. Click “Create Prize”.
3. Enter a prize title — something descriptive like “Amazon Gift Card” or “Trivia Champion Trophy.”
4. Upload a prize image (PNG or JPEG, max 5MB). This image will be displayed on the podium celebration screen.
5. Click Save and your prize is ready to go!

[!TIP] A good prize image goes a long way. Use a photo of the actual prize, a fun graphic, or even a silly meme — whatever fits the vibe of your event.

Managing Your Prizes

• Edit anytime — Update a prize’s title or swap out the image whenever you want.
• Archive prizes — If you no longer need a prize, archive it to keep things organized. You can always unarchive it later.
• Unlimited prizes — Create as many prizes as you need. Build a whole library for different occasions.

Prize Ideas

Looking for inspiration? Here are some ideas:

• Gift cards — Amazon, coffee shops, restaurants
• Trophies and medals — Physical or digital
• Custom certificates — “World’s Greatest Trivia Brain”
• Fun badges — “Speed Demon,” “Comeback King,” “Quiz Wizard”
• Bragging rights — Sometimes a silly title is the best prize of all

[!NOTE] Prize images are stored securely and displayed during the podium celebration at the end of each game. Make sure your images look good at a small size since they appear as thumbnails on the podium.
